System 40
This system is popular for use in both use in domestic and commercial applications. Manufactured in house, it is a very economical system and complies with all current BCA (Building Code of Australia) regulations. SP Glass & Aluminium has the widest range of options to suit this system including exclusive baluster and top rail sections.
A complete system fabricated with punch toolage to manufacture either baluster or fully glazed balustrade for residential and pool fencing applications.

Aero Glass
A low profile glass system designed to have minimum visual impact and provide a cost effective balustrade or pool fence. It is for this reason that our most popular glass system and arguable the most popular glass system in Far North Queensland.
The structural components for the handrails for the above project have been designed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the Current Engineering Practice and with relevant Australian Standard Codes. In particular, the ability of the given Aluminium Handrail Segment under Part B1 Structural Provisions, B1.2 Loads (a) Dead and live loads and load combinations: AS 1170.1.
Glass 6mm Clear – Toughened A Grade Safety Glass AS 2208 Glazed to AS 1288.
Full Frameless Glass
Semi-Frameless Glass
50mm round glazing post with 12mm glass. Maximum span 1.5metres gate. 8mm glass fully frameless with hinges and latch attached to glass via adaptable brackets. This can be either a base plate mounted, concreted or core drilled into slab, providing a minimum visual impact system with maximum "WOW" factor at a very affordable price.
Stainless Steel Wire Balustrade
Structural components for the above rails have been designed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with Current Engineering Practice and with relevant Australian Standard Codes.
Quality Stainless Steel hardware, wire ropes, swage presses and Stainless Steel Handrail Components. The Stainless Steel that contains at least 50% and 10% chromium. The chromium slows down the corrosion process and plays a key part in defining stainless steel. All fittings are hand polished to 600grit.

In particular, the ability of the given Aluminium Pool Fence Segment under Part 1 Fencing for Swimming Pools AS 1926.1-1993, Part 2 Location of Fencing for Private Swimming Pools AS 1926.2-1995, Height at 1.2 metres and no GAP greater than 100ml.
